The platform had to support multiple booking workflows in one secure experience, including golf, on-site accommodation, helicopter transport, dining, and related member services. It also needed to provide robust backend data handling, reporting, and billing outputs for club administration.

What We Engineered
Programmable Soda built a custom backend-led member platform that acts as a central operational repository for Cathedral Golf Club data. Members can manage key services through one secure experience, while internal teams run bookings and administration from a unified system. We integrated with SwiftPos to produce custom reporting around platform and usage activity, and we automated monthly statement generation and distribution to members. In parallel, we also developed the digital platform for the Cathedral Golf Invitational, supporting communications and presentation for an event featuring top-tier international golfers.
