The Operational Problem
Kina Asset Management was left without dependable technical support after the previous developer stepped away. Their existing WordPress setup had become difficult for the internal team to maintain, especially for recurring investor content and report publishing.
The site needed to be both easier for staff to run and more useful for stakeholders. KAML required a branded way to present NTAS performance data, better handling for annual report uploads, and a content workflow that did not rely on manual design adjustments each time.
Why Off-The-Shelf Failed
Template WordPress stacks could display static pages, but they did not solve KAML's operational problems: structured financial charting, polished report presentation, and repeatable publishing patterns for a non-technical team.
What We Engineered
Programmable Soda designed and developed a custom website experience aligned to KAML's brand, then implemented purpose-built modules for operational reporting. We introduced dedicated charting for NTAS results so performance information is clear, consistent, and visually integrated into the site design. For annual reports, we extended the upload workflow to automatically extract the report front cover and render a bookshelf-style layout, eliminating extra manual design work for internal staff. The end result is a maintainable publishing system that gives stakeholders a better reading experience while reducing day-to-day administration for the KAML team.
